Currently we offer a set rate for deliveries in Johannesburg within a 25KM radius from our warehouse in Amalgam, Gauteng. This rate is fixed at R265.00

For orders outside of this radius, we will contact you within 48 hours regarding a delivery quote and fee. Please note that we are able to courier items throughout South Africa - however, based on the distance, item dimensions and weight of the order, individual logistics/courier fees will need to be quoted. Please choose quote based shipping if you are ordering from any province other than Gauteng, and we will invoice you a shipping fee seperately.

Please note that there is also the option to collect your items from our warehouse, or have it collected by your own courier service. One Spot Online will notify you via email when your order is ready for collect, the turnaround time for this communication is within 48 hours. Items can generally be collected within 3 weeks of order confirmation.

Clients are responsible for collecting their orders from the courier company upon drop off. There is no option available for hoisting items onto balconies, or having the courier/delivery agent bring the item into your dwelling. It is the sole responsibility of the client to collect the items purchased and personally move it into their dwelling.

One Spot Online makes use of multiple third party courier companies to handle all our logistics. Therefore, One Spot Online will not be held liable for any damages or delays caused by the courier company. If there is a delay, One Spot Online will notify you (the customer), however, all damages occurred during transit need to be queried with the courier company - details will be provided to the client. A tracking code and link to the third party courier’s tracking portal will be provided to you via email once your order is processed.
