Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policies

Refunds Policy

  • If One Spot Online is unable to fulfil an order (due to stock availability or delivery location), the following options apply:

    • One Spot Online will provide the client an option receiving a similar alternative (that may not be listed on the site)

    • Or, the client can choose to wait for the item to be procured by  One Spot Online (turn around times will be communicated).

    • Alternatively, the client can request a refund.

  • All purchases on “Sale” items are final, One Spot Online will not issue any refunds nor allow for any returns or exchanges on these items. (Please refer to our cancellation policy for more info).

  • Please adhere to the Returns Policy below, regarding receiving a full or partial refund for a returned item.

  • Please adhere to the Cancellations Policy below, regarding recieving a full or partial refund in the case of a cancellation.

  • Courier and handeling fees are non refundable.

  • One Spot Online will not be held responsible for a refund or return due to a customer "mistakenly" purchasing any items (Please refer to cancellations policy).

Returns Policy

  • Customers are liable for courier fees in the case of a return.

  • Return request will only be honoured by One spot Online if the client communicates with One Spot Online (via email or WhatsApp) within 3 days after order fulfilment.

  • Items need to be returned in its original packaging, in the condition it was received (unassembled).

  • Pre-Assembled items need to be returned in its original packaging. Clients are liable for courier fees in the case of returns, and One Spot Online will not be held liable for any damages occurred in transit by the customer’s chosen courier facility.

    • Upon returns, the condition of the item and its packaging will determine the percentage refunded to client.​

    • Clients will be held liable for the assembly and handling fees upon returning a pre-assembled item.

  • It is essential to provide a reason for returning an item as well as pictures of the item via email before returning.

  • Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. The condition of the item and its packaging will determine the percentage refunded (as per One Spot Online's discretion).

  • Returns in the case of a defective item:

    • Upon recieving a defective item, it is essential to take pictures and contact One Spot Online via email to verify the case.​

    • A settlement will be made per individual case.

Cancellations Policy

  • Cancellations need to be done within 24 hours after purchase to receive a full refund.

  • If a cancellation is requested after 24 hours, the customer will be liable for processing and handling fees (this will be communicated).

  • Cancellations cannot be processed if the order has been handed over to the courier partner and is already in transit.

    • In this case - a customer will have to follow the returns procedure.​

  • One Spot Online holds the rights to cancel and refund any order with notice.
