WAREHOUSE COLLECTIONS

You are more than welcome to arrange for a collection at our warehouse in Amalgam, Johannesburg South.

Please note that checkouts and payments need to be completed first. Please choose “Self Collect” as a delivery option during checkout. Thereafter, on your invoice you will receive the complete collection address of our warehouse. Within 48 hours, One Spot Online will communicate via email regarding the date and time slot for you to collect your order. Items can generally be collected within three weeks of payment confirmation.

Clients are more than welcome to collect their purchased items themselves or use their own courier company. Please note, that if you are using your own choice courier and one provided by us, One Spot Online will not be held responsible for any goods in transit issues that may arise. Furthermore, we advise clients to inspect their order items before leaving the warehouse, as once the items leave our warehouse we will not be held liable for any damages, issues, or incorrect items collected.

Self collect item sales are final - meaning that there are no refunds, returns or exchanges on these items. Therefore, we advise you to inspect your items upon collection.
