• Pre-Assembled items are available at an additional cost, this service only applies to orders shipped within the 25km warehouse radius in Gauteng. (Please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy page for more information regarding Pre-Assembled items).​​

• Not all items may come with assembly instructions - in the event of such, One Spot Online will provide assembly instructions via an emailed digital PDF or print out.

  • In the event that your order does not come with any assembly instructions in the box or you have not received a digital PDF from One Spot Online, please reach out to us via email or WhatsApp (details can be found below and on your invoice.
